Product Delivery:
Upon placing an order for a child theme, plugin, layout, or subscription (including child themes, layouts, and plugins), the product will be delivered through an internet download only. The download link for the product is usually available instantly, but it could take up to twenty-four hours to complete the delivery process.
Once the order is processed successfully, an order confirmation email will be sent automatically, containing the link to download the product. In addition, users can access the download link from the My Account area on our website by logging in using the email address and password set during the ordering process.
We keep a close watch on each download of the ordered product or any product in a subscription to ensure that the user can download it successfully.
However, we reserve the right to terminate download access if there is any download abuse.
Refund Policy:
As we provide non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not offer refunds once the order is completed, and the product is sent. Therefore, it is essential for customers to understand this policy before making any purchase on our website.
However, if a product is not downloaded even after the order is placed, we will gladly issue a refund upon request within 14 days.
In case a product has been downloaded, refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and we will make the final decision at our discretion.
